THIS IS A RELEASE — READ BEFORE SIGNING

The undersigned (on my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns), for and in consideration of the opportunity to participate in any event, whether promoted, sponsored, organized or otherwise publicized by Gold Coast Beemers, Inc. (“Club event”), hereby releases Gold Coast Beemers, Inc., its officers, board members, ride captains and volunteers (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims and demands, rights and causes of action of any kind whatsoever which I now have or later may have resulting from, arising out of, or in connection with my participation in any Club event.

This Release extends to any and all claims I have or may have against the Released Parties, whether such claims result from negligence on the part of any or all Released Parties with respect to any Club event or with respect to the conditions, qualifications, instructions or procedures under which any Club event is conducted or from any other cause. I understand that this means that I agree not to sue any or all of the Released Parties for any injuries resulting to my property or myself during or in connection with any Club event. I fully understand the risks and dangers inherent in motorcycling. If I will be operating a motorcycle, I represent that I am experienced in and familiar with the operation of motorcycles.

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in any Club event and I expressly agree to assume the entire risk of any accident or personal injury, including death, which I might suffer as a result of my participation in any Club event whether or not such risk results from negligence on the part of any or all of the Released Parties except as limited herein.

For the purpose of implementing this Release, I expressly acknowledge that this Release is intended to include all claims which the parties do not know, or suspect exist in their favor at the time of the execution hereof.

This release excludes any intentional torts committed by any released party. This release does not extend to any action against a natural person(s), even if such natural person would otherwise be a Released Party, relating to any accident involving a motor vehicle operated by such natural person(s) in connection with any Club event.

By signing this Release, I certify that I am at least 18 years old and that I have read this Release and fully understand it and that I am not relying on any statements or representations of anyone released hereby and represent that I will only operate a motorcycle in connection with any Club event if I have a valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement.
